Yes! There is absolutely no cost to become a Winive member and to join games. All costs are paid by the Sponzors.
How can I change my Personal data?
Sign in to your Winive account, click on the Profile menu at the top of the page then click on the Profil settings button. Your data can be changed only if your myGames list is empty, if you do not join any game. If you do, first you have to move all games from myGames list to Watch list.
How can I contact to the Customer Service?
If you need more help you can contact us through the contact us form. Player Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How can I join games?
First of all you need to Sign up for a Winive Player Account. If you are already Winive member, choose a prize and click on the description. On the next page you will find the detailed description of the prize, the Sponsor website and below a table with the actual games that you can Join. Choose a game and click on the Join button. The game will be placed in the myWini menu myGames list. If you would like to know other players joining this game, click on the player number in the myGames list.
I can not see countdown.
The countdown will not be seen on the PGAs without active games.
I can't see the 'Join' link.
There are two reasons why you can't see 'Join' link. First, you have already joined that game. Please check the myWini 'myGames' list. Second, the game is unfortunately not available for you. The Sponsor does not target your delivery country. Please use the All-Available selection at the top of the lists in the Ticket and Product category to check which games are available for you.
How to find the NEXT game?
Click on any of the top menus. (eg. Product) At the top of the list select 'by Games'.
Which game did I join already?
Check the countdown status in the lists. If it is black (inactive), it means you've already joined that game. If it is blue, you have not yet joined it.
About Direct Marketing Message.
By registering to Winive, you agreed to receive 1 direct marketing email from the Sponsor of the promotional game that you join. The email message will be sent through the Winive system without uncovering your email address. The Sponsors can only see the number of players the email massage will be sent to, they don't see the recipients and they can send only one message after each game.
What is 'Your games' list?
In the myGames list you can find the games that you have selected to play.
How can I quit games?
You can quit anytime a game until it starts by clicking on the 'Watch' link in the myWini menu myGames list. Your game will be moved to the 'Watch list', here you can delete from the list or join it again.
How many games can I play?
The games are not limited; you can play as much as you want. The only rule is that after the registration you have one countinuous game opportunity. It means you can play only one game at a time. So, one by one, after each game you have to join another one. See how to increase your countinuous game quantity to play parallel games.
How can I increase my game quantity?
Invite New Players in Winive with your personalized referral link (Invite menu) and you get additional continuous game opportunities. Each 3 new registered players referred to us will add one new continuous game opportunity to your myGames list.
Where can I check who registered through my referral link?
Click on the Invited players number on the top of the myGames list.
Where can I check the Winners?
Go to the homepage by clicking on the Winive logo and check the Newest Winners list.
What kind of games can I play?
Draw game:
Selection is based on a random computer draw.
Click game:
The "CLICK" button will be active random for short (10 seconds) periods in the myWini menu "myGames" list Action column. The one can click on the button when it's active and submit the security code first will be the winner. The game takes max. 4 hours. If there is no winner during this period after the 4th hour the "CLICK" button will be continuously active until the first click. You need to refresh the webpage continuously to check the "CLICK" button status.
How will I receive my prize?
It depends on the categories. The Sponsors deliver Tickets and Products to your delivery address. The Sponsors pay the delivery costs. Hotel and Restaurant services are available at its address.
The flight ticket voucher will be also delivered to your delivery address.
You can download the eBook prize from your myWini menu. Click on the 'Download' link and follow the instruction.
About the scores.
Reviews and scores for each Prize are collected from Winners. Winners are asked to rate on a scale of -5 to +5. The highest possible score is "5," meaning the user was "very satisfied," while "-5" is the lowest, meaning the user was "very dissatisfied."
The "overall score" is an average of all Winner scores submitted for a product or service.

How can I score?
If you are the winner of any Winive game you have to score the service of the sponsors. After the Sponsor confirms your game "Confirmed" will appear in the myGames list. It will be changed to "Score" link as followings:
- Hotel: check in date + 3 days
- Restaurant: date + 3 days
- Ticket: date + 3 days
- Product: game date + 10 days
- Flight: game date + 60 days
From this time you can score and write comments.
If you do not score within 10 days after the score link become active your account will be blocked. You cannot join any more games until you score. After scoring your account will be automatically unblocked.
What is Watch List?
You can collect games to watch by clicking on the Watch link. You can join or delete games from your Watch List. It helps you to collect all kind of games that you are interested in.
What is Wish List?
In your wish list you can select many kind of items that you wish to win. Wish list is not limited, you can choose as many as you wish. Building your Wish list drives Sponsor activities.
Let's say 100 Players select 5 stars Hotel in London in their Wish Lists. It will be summarised in the Demand Analyser for the Sponsors. The Sponsors will see that 100 people wish to win free 5 stars Hotel nights in London. The more players select the same categories the more games will be activated by the Sponsors.
What to do?
1. Log in to your Player Account
2. In your Player Menu choose Wish.
3. Click on the 'Add new' link.
4. Select the main category of your wish.
5. Then select sub categories and territories. If you choose Product as main category you don't need to select territory because the system will consider automatically your delivery address.
When you select country the principal cities will appear automatically in the City text field. If you can't find your destination city, select State/Province and all cities will appear in the City text field. You can add any of them to your Wish List.
If you hold down the control or command key you can select multiple cities.
How can I cancel my registration?
Sign in to your player account. In the Profil menu click on the Profil settings button. At the bottom of the page you can cancel your account. Warning! Using this function all of your data will be deleted from our system.

There is no limit. You can activate as much as you want.
How can I stop running a PGA Game?
After the activation you cannot stop the PGA Game running. You need to contact to our support center at: support@winive.com.
What is the ranking formula?
We list the PGA games by dates.
How can I reach better ranking position?
You need to activate PGA games more frequently.
I can't see my PGA in the lists.
First, please check weather you already activated your PGA or not. Please check also to which category you have assigned your PGA.
How can I identify the Winner?
After each PGA game Winive sends you a PGA Notification email. You have to confirm this email. This will take you directly to the Winive PGA Confirmation page where you can find the Winner's data. You can make this confirmation also in the Sponsor PGA Center. In the PGA summary table click on the game qty. On the next page click on the 'confirm' link.
Where can I print out the Receipt?
After each PGA activation Winive sends you the receipt via email. You can also print out your receipts in the Sponsor PGA Center at any time
How can I pay for PGA activation?
You will need a Paypal account. Paypal is the firm that handles all of our payments and billing transactions. Don't worry, Paypal is free to join. If you do not already have a Paypal account, click here and sign up for your free Paypal account.
How should I deliver the Prizes?
You have to deliver Tickets and Products to the Winner's delivery address on your costs. Hotel and Restaurant services are taken place at the address you've assigned to the PGA. Vouchers have to be delivered to the Winner's delivery address. Ebooks can be automatically downloaded from our system.
How can I submit comments?
Log in to your sponsor account and you can send comments to your own games as Sponsor, which will identify you.
What is contact email?
Winive sends all information (receipt, game result ...etc.) to this email address.
What are the PGA Summary table items?
PGA name: Name of your promotion campaign.
Game: Game qty of the PGA.
Player: Player number.
Watch: This number shows how many players watch (and waiting for) your games.
Visitor: This number show the traffic goes to your website through Winive.
Review: You can check here the scores your winner gave to your product and service.
Value: The total value of products or services you offered in PGA.

How do I register?
First, Sign in to your Player Account and under the myBiz menu complete our online application form. Then, read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Winive will contact you with information on how to get started. It's easy, fast, and free.
How much is the commission?
Winive Affiliate Program will pay you 50% of any advertising sales you refer to us. Clicking on our affiliate link will take the customer to our web site. If the customer uses their credit card to purchase advertising there (activates PGAs) you earn 50% commission of the registration fee and the PGA Game fees, for the LIFE of that customer. This minimum 30 USD by customers.
How often are affiliates paid?
Affiliates get paid every month. After each calendar month, we generate a report to determine the total amount of revenue. We'll pay you accordingly on a monthly basis. You can track earnings in myBiz menu.
How do you charge your commission?
The online affiliate user's account is needed to print out the calculation that the affiliate partner uses to issue an invoice. Winive will also send a notification about the requested invoice including the amounts after each month.

I don't have a website. Can I still be a Winive affiliate and make money?
Many of our most successful affiliates don't have websites. You can put Winive referral link either in email to people you know or put this link with some promotional material in blogs or discussion forums or message boards or some other high traffic places on the Internet.
Are all websites and businesses eligible to become Winive Affiliates?
While we'd like everyone to earn money with Winive, there are cases where we can't allow certain sites to participate in our Affiliate Program. We may reject any affiliate application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a site is unsuitable for the program. Unsuitable sites include those that:
Promote sexually explicit materials
Promote violence
Promote illegal activities
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Include "winive" or variations or misspellings thereof in their domain names
Otherwise violate intellectual property rights
Also note that if we accept your application and your site is determined, at our sole discretion, to be unsuitable for the Program at a later date, we may terminate your affiliate membership.
Can I participate in other affiliate programs?
Yes. Our program is non-exclusive.
What if I have more than one web site?
You can apply to the program for all of your web sites at the same time. You will receive one link from us that you will be able to use for all of your sites. You can receive a greater commission since revenues from all web sites are added up.
How to succeed in the affiliate program?
The most important thing to do is to drive traffic to Winive. Attract as many visitors to your web site as possible. Place a Winive banner in a visible spot on your web site. Choose a banner and logos that matches the theme of your web site, and make sure the link on your site leads your guests to the corresponding Winive web page. Email to people you know or put the referral link with some promotional material in blogs or discussion forums or message boards or some other high traffic places on the Internet. SPAMMING is strictly vorbiden!
What tax information is required to participate?
Affiliates will be asked for their Tax ID number. This information is secure and is needed only for tax purposes.
