In the promotional games published on the sites of Winive Ltd. (henceforth winive) only those can participate, who accept the Participation and Gaming regulations of winive.com and partners.
- The user who registers (henceforth Player, and in case of winning, Winner) is identified by his/her e-mail address submitted at the registration process. The user can register only with one email address. After registration the user will receive an e-mail to verify his/her registration process. YOU MUST VERIFY YOUR REGISTRATION TO USE OUR SITE.
- The following information is required by the registration process: e-mail address, first and second name, country and city of residence, postal code, address, shipping address. This information is required to identify the winners.
- There is no age limit, but the age limit of prize receiving is controlled by the offered (henceforth sponsor) and the supplier.
- By registering, the Player accepts, that in case of winning, his/her name and address, administrative name can be published on the site.
- By registering the Player accepts, that in case of winning, we can give his/her personal information out to the prize offering Sponsor.
On winive.com and partner sites, you can apply for games by pressing the 'Join' button. Doing so, the selected game moves into the myGames list of the MyWini menu, where you can follow the outcome (draw by lot) and can play the game (Click).
Draw by lot
The prize offerer (Sponsor) determines a deadline (date and time) for the game. The player can apply for the game until the deadline. At the deadline, the system automatically chooses (draws) a winner from the applying Players.
Click
The sponsor determines the start of the game. The duration of the game is maximum 4 hours. Between the start and the end of the game, the 'Click' button randomly becomes active for a few seconds. The winner is the Player who clicks on the button and submits the security code first in the active time. If there is no winner after the 4 hours passed, the 'Click' button becomes active until a Player doesn't click on it.
The Player can exit any game until the game starts by pressing the 'Watch' button.
At first all of our Players can play only one game at a time. A Player can increase the number of his/her simultaneously played games simultaneously playing. For that, he/she has to send invitation to his/her friends with a personal link created by Winive. The Player gets one extra game after each 3 individual, who signs up to our site through that link.
Hotel
Fix date game: The prize includes accommodation and reservation costs. The prize doesn't include the cost of optional services (meals, minibar, swimming pool, sauna, phone etc.) and tourist tax.
Gift certificate: The prize is a gift certificate of the Hotel.
Restaurant
Fix date game: This Prize includes the cost of certain food/beverages in a restaurant. Consumption exceeding this must be paid by the Winner. The prize can only be requisited at the announced days and times. Breakfast: 7.00-9.00, Lunch: 11.30-14.00, Dinner: 18.00-21.00
Gift certificate: The prize is a gift certificate of the restaurant.
Ticket
The prize is only valid for the event announced in the game.
Product
The prize is the product announced in the game.
Flight ticket
A ticket for 2 (two) persons, (so one ticket for the Winner and one more ticket for the person attending him/her, using the tickets together and in one time) bounded by the terms and conditions described in point (b/i) (open ticket).
(a) The voucher will be delivered to the Winner's given delivery address by the Sponsor via postal service.
(b) The ticket will be issued based on the voucher in the customer service office operated by the Sponsor, after receiving the voucher, and proving identity under the following terms:
(i) The ticket is valid for scheduled flights announced in the game and operated by the Sponsor.
(ii) The issued tickets can not be modified or changed and are valid for economy class. Depending on the seat occupation on the plane, they authorize seat reservation for the user.
(iii) The prize includes airport taxes, dues and reservation fees. The prize does not include the cost of optional services (priority check in, luggage fees) and other costs connected to the journey (insurance, visa).
You can track the seat occupation of your flight and can get information about fees and costs on the web site of the Sponsor.
(iv) The terms and conditions of using the ticket are the following:
Delivering the voucher: in 1 month after the game starts.
Ticket issuing: in 2 months after the game starts.
Traveling deadline: in 6 months after the game starts.
Missing the deadline results in the loss of right to travel.
Flight type: one-way/return
Applicability: only for scheduled flights operated by the Sponsor, announced in the game. The attendant and the Winner can only travel together, in the same time. The attendant can not travel alone. If the Winner can not travel, the attendant is not authorized to use the ticket. If the Winner decides to travel alone, can only use one flight ticket (so can not use the attendant's ticket to travel to another destination). The Winner has to designate his/her attendant latest until the ticket is issued.
Seat reservation: must be confirmed, waiting list not acceptable.
Child/infant allowance: not included
Change: not permitted.
Reimbursement: not permitted.
Open jaw: not permitted
Reimbursement of vouchers or non used tickets received for vouchers is not permitted.
The prizes drawn, and the date of games can be viewed on winive.com and partner sites. Prizes drawn, won and the list of Winners can be viewed on the start page of the site.
The prize can not be transferred or sell to others. The presentation of winnings is either by postal service or personal pick-up. The presentation type of the package (postal service, personal pick-up) is determined by the products category.
For prizes in categories like hotel and restaurant, reception of the winnings is done personally at a site designated by the Sponsor. The costs of reception (travel cost to the Sponsor's site) are to be paid by the Winner.
The delivery of prizes in the Tickets and Products category is operated by postal service. The cost of posting the goods is bore by the Sponsor, but the Winner pays for any additional cost. The risks of transport are bore by the Sponsor. Digital products can be transported to the Winner via email or file sharing. The Sponsor has to inform the Winner about the method of transport.
The delivery of vouchers is operated by postal service.
Winive Ltd. can not give any warranty for the prizes; the Winner has to excercise his/her rights through legal channels against the producer/trader of the goods.
1. We notify the Winner (Result e-mail) and the Sponsor (PGA Notification) with an e-mail message.
2. After this, the Sponsor verifies the game and gets information of the Winner required for shipping to and/or contacting the Winner.
3. Parallel to that, the Winner receives an e-mail (Notification e-mail), with the contact information of the Sponsor and the detailed description of the product.
4. Finally, the Sponsor verifies the reservation (hotel, restaurant) or sends the prize (ticket, product, voucher) to the shipping address of the Winner.
The execution of the games, and the participation is regulated by this document. If the Participation and Gaming regulations does not regulate some question, than the orders of operative law has to be applied. Winive keeps the right to change the Participation and Gaming regulations at any time without further explanation. If there is any change, Winive notifies all Players and Sponsors.
Participation is free in all games. The Player declares, that by registering, he/she fully got know of this document and accepts it without any term. If a Player does not accept any part of the Participation and Gaming regulations, or raises objection to it, can not participate or will be locked out of the game. Based on the 204. § (1) of the civil code, claims based on the game can not be evaluated by litigation.
Sites operated by Winive Ltd. are only supply an interface for information exchange between prize and service suppliers and clients. Exchange of winnings is independent from Winive Ltd. For that reason Winive Ltd. can not hold responsibility for the advertised products, as can not check the quality, harmfulness and legality of them. We are not responsible for the advertised products existence or for that the exchange of goods finally happens or not. As we are not part of the winning's exchange between the Sponsors and Winners, you relieve Winive Ltd. from any kind of claim, compensation or demand if any kind of argument occurs.
We manage and handle personal information with extreme care, and do not give it to third party. Winive totally obeys to the regulations of the LXIII. 1992 act about protection of personal information and the publicity of data of public interest when handling personal information gained during the registration process.
